Coronavirus: service updates

Mind Matters service update during the Coronavirus outbreak:

Mind Matters Surrey NHS service is still available during our normal working hours. Like other Talking Therapy providers, all our appointments are now taking place by phone or by video conferencing.

We are now accepting referrals for all staff who work in Surrey even if you live outside of the county. You are not required to be registered with a GP in Surrey to refer. Mind Matters is offering priority treatment to NHS Staff and other Care Professionals during this time.

Mind Matters NHS talking therapy service, offers psychological support to anyone over 17. You can still refer even if you are not registered with a Surrey GP. Mind Matters Surrey NHS is offering all treatment consultations by Telephone, Skype, or Silver Cloud Digital Online only.

  • Changing Perspectives Group (CBT based group)
  • Grief and Loss Group
  • Recent Bereavement Group
  • COVID-19 Goup
  • Managing Anxiety & Worry during Uncertain Times

1:1 Treatments:

  • SilverCloud - Online CBT platform
  • Guided self-help based on principles of CBT - Telephone or Skype
  • 1:1 CBT - Telephone or Skype
  • 1:1 Counselling  - Telephone or Skype
