About this course
If you're experiencing depression or persistent low mood, it can be difficult to know where to start. Our Counselling for Depression group offers a supportive, confidential space where you can better understand your experiences, explore your emotions and develop practical ways to move forward alongside others facing similar challenges.
Over seven weekly sessions, you'll be guided by experienced therapists in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
What you'll cover
During the course you'll explore:
- understanding depression and how it can affect your thoughts, feelings and daily life
- how counselling can help with depression
- recognising and working with emotions
- exploring change, relationships and your sense of self
- developing self-care strategies to support your wellbeing
- building confidence to make positive changes beyond the course
