A psychoeducational workshop for anyone struggling with sleep difficulties, commonly associated with low mood and anxiety. The course will equip you with techniques based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to challenge unhealthy sleep habits and build a more positive relationship with sleep.

•    Understand and identify the factors that contribute to poor sleep
•    Enhance both sleep quality and duration
•    Develop techniques to manage worry, rumination and stress
