Psychoeducational workshop providing information about common mental health difficultites and how these can be managed using self-help strategies. 

Each week you will learn tools and techniques to manage low mood, anxiety, panic, sleep, worry and stress. 

This workshop is run over 5 sessions, on a rolling basis, giving you the opportunity to join at any time.  

This workshop will help you with:

  •  Understanding unhelpful behaviours and motivating yourself

  • Understanding and managing anxiety and panic

  • Understanding and managing worry and stress

  • Understanding and managing unhelpful thoughts 

  • Managing sleep and lifestyle difficulties (covers assertive communication, lifestyle - diet/exercise, sleep hygiene and relapse prevention
