If you’re living with a long-term health condition and finding it hard to cope with low mood or anxiety, this course could help.

You’ll learn tools and techniques to better understand your condition and take care of your mental wellbeing.

What the course covers:

  • Week 1: Understanding your diagnosis and how to manage it
  • Week 2: How to spot unhelpful habits and stay motivated
  • Week 3: Managing difficult thoughts
  • Week 4: Understanding and coping with worry
  • Week 5: Improving sleep and creating your wellness plan

This course may be right for you if:

  • You have a long-term physical health condition
  • You’re feeling low or anxious and want support
  • You can attend all 5 sessions
  • You feel comfortable in a small group setting

This course might not be right for you if:

  • You need more intensive or one-to-one support right now
  • You’re finding it hard to feel safe or comfortable in group settings
  • You’re currently managing drug or alcohol dependency
  • You’re looking for support with a specific type of anxiety, such as phobias or OCD
