This course is suitable for women looking to better manage their wellbeing and symptoms whilst going through the perimenopause and menopause (no formal diagnosis is needed). The course adopts a non-medical approach to managing wellbeing in perimenopause and menopause, using a range of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques.

 

The course aims to:

  • Help you understand and normalise perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms 

  • Explore the role your thoughts, behaviours and lifestyle factors can play in the menopause 

  • Reduce the impact of hot flushes and better manage sleep 

  • Introduce you to relaxation and breathing techniques 

  • Provide a supportive environment for you to reflect on what you are experiencing
